There has been a lot of confusion regarding Senate Bill 2 and many of you have seen the Department’s Newsletter regarding SB2.  We are linking it here for those who have not had the opportunity to see it.

We want you to know that we are always available to assist with any questions. Please also know that we will represent any member facing any SB2 action by any governmental entity; LASD, POST, etc. This means If you are facing such an action you will have an attorney (never a unit rep — we don’t use them and never will) representing you.
